Assigning health areas to organisation units | |
Each survey found in the Assess module of the HNQIS application is configured as a single event program in DHIS2. In order for a survey to be associated with a health facility in the HNQIS application, the DHIS program from which it is generated must be assigned to that health facility in DHIS2. Programs will almost always be assigned to more health facilities than any individual user will be |

To manage how programs are assigned in DHIS2, open the ‘Program’ application or ‘Maintenance’ application then click on program. Search for the program by typing the ISO code followed by HNQIS Click on the program to open then navigate to access tab to assign organisation units |
