  • Includes all visits to a family planning clinic whether or not the visit resulted in the client adopting a method.
  • Women may select more than one reason that brought them into the clinic.
  • See Attachment I for guidance.
 Workplan:
  • Copy the Graphs from the ‘Indicator 4a-2 and 4a-3 visual’ tab of the tracker and attach as an annex to the workplan.
  • Do NOT set a projection
Tracker:
  • Record the number of reasons given for visiting a family planning clinic on the appropriate row (IPC, mass media, hotline, friend/relative/influencer, other, unknown)

  • The total number who adopted an FP method will automatically calculate
  • Record the number of times an IUD, implant or STM was adopted by women who reported mass media as their reason for visiting the family planning clinic
  • The total number who adopted an FP method will automatically calculate
  • Record the number of times an IUD, implant or STM was adopted by women who reported a hotline as their reason for visiting the family planning clinic
