Definition: 
A provider is considered part of the network if they meet the requirements set forth in the “Health Impact Credit Policy for IUDs and Implants, RH Department, May 2010,” Attachment A.
For WHP, only private sector providers are considered “in network.” Public sector providers are not part of the network under WHP.
PSI quality standards are measured by individual Quality Standards tool used by each individual country
PSI Critical Clinical Steps for IUD Insertion Services are defined in Attachment G.
Provider must score at least 80% and 100%  on each, respectively, to meet the quality guideline
Providers must be evaluated at least once during each donor reporting period.
Workplan:
Record the percentage of network providers who met quality guidelines during the reporting period.
If a provider was evaluated more than once during a reporting period, use the results of the most recent evaluation. Do not count the provider or results twice.
