Guidance:
- Free distribution must be less than 15% of the total distribution (sales plus free distribution).
- Include only PSI commodities procured with Foundation funding. Do not include distribution of IUDs received from MOH, other donors or purchased with other donor funding – these should be coded and reported on the CTL under the appropriate source. Including other commodities under WHP will result in double counting.
Tracker:
- Report data for IUD10 and IUD5 on separate rows on the tracker
- Report IUDs distributed for free and those sold on separate rows
- Report IUDs distributed to network providers and non-network on separate rows
Workplan:Report the total number of IUDs distributed (free + sold) to ALL providers (network and non-network) under both “Total Project” and “Period Achievement”
